Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days. We ship from 7 warehouses across the US, so your order is always close. Orders are processed within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Is shipping free?
Yes. All orders within the United States ship free, no minimum required.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Click the link to track your package in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them. See our full Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@radeway.com with your order number and reason. Our team responds within 24 hours with return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange. We cover return shipping on exchanges for orders over $200.
Products
Are all products brand new?
Yes. Every item is brand new, ships from our US warehouses, and goes through quality inspection before shipping.
Do products come with assembly instructions?
Yes. Products requiring assembly include detailed instructions and all necessary hardware. Many items also include video tutorials — check the product page.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos and email support@radeway.com within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption powered by Shopify. We never store your credit card details.
