How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days. We ship from multiple warehouses across the US, so your order is always close. Orders are processed within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Is shipping free?
Yes. All orders within the United States ship free, no minimum required.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Click the link to track your package in real time.
Do you ship large items like furniture or tool chests?
Yes. We ship large and heavy items including patio furniture sets, tool chests, and storage cabinets via freight or standard carriers. Delivery time for oversized items may be 1–5 business days. All large-item orders include free shipping.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
If your package hasn't arrived after 7 business days, contact us at support@radeway.com. We'll investigate immediately and either reship your order or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email support@radeway.com immediately with your order number and new address. Once the order ships, address changes are no longer possible.

How do I start a return?
Email support@radeway.com with your order number and reason. Our team responds within 24 hours with return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. We cover return shipping on exchanges for orders over $200.
What if I received the wrong item?
We're sorry for the mix-up. Email support@radeway.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the correct item immediately at no charge — and you don't need to return the wrong one.
Can I return a product that has been assembled?
Assembled items can be returned within 30 days if there is a defect or quality issue. For change-of-mind returns, items should be in original, unassembled condition. Contact us to discuss your specific situation — we're flexible.
